Chicago, April 8 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $400,000 of 0% capped notes due Aug. 12, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 100% of the return of the index capped at par plus 9%. Otherwise the payout will be par.
