New York, March 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.05 million of 0% digital buffered notes due March 12, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 7.35% if the index finishes at or above 85% of initial level.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.17647% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
