New Issue: JPMorgan prices $583,000 review notes linked to S&P 500, Gold ETF

Chicago, Feb. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $583,000 of 0% review notes due June 28, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index and VanEck Gold Miners ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing asset gains or declines by no more than its 15% buffer the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines beyond the buffer.

The notes will be called automatically starting July 1, 2024 on any annual review date at a premium of 16.2% per year if the worst performing asset closes above 100% of its initial value.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
