New Issue: Citigroup prices $380,000 market-linked securities on index basket

Chicago, Feb. 13 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $380,000 of 0% market-linked securities due June 4, 2027 linked to an equally weighted basket of three indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The underlying basket includes the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index.

If the basket finishes positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return, capped at par plus 59.65%.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the decline with a maximum loss at maturity of 10%.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
