Chicago, Feb. 8 – GS Finance Corp. priced $831,000 of 0% autocallable buffered index-linked notes due May 26, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 20% if the index closes at or above its initial level on May 19, 2025.
If the notes are not called and the index return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.93 times the index return.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% loss beyond the buffer if it falls by more than 20%.
