Chicago, Feb. 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $858,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due June 13, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index ends above its 75% barrier the payout at maturity will be par plus 9.85%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below the barrier.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
