New Issue: Barclays prices $500,000 contingent coupon barrier notes on S&P, Dow, Russell

Chicago, Feb. 1 – Barclays Bank plc priced $500,000 of contingent coupon barrier notes due Jan. 18, 2029 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annualized rate of 7.5% if each index closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 70% of its initial level, on the related observation date.

If each index finishes at or above its 60% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus any final coupon.
