Chicago, Jan. 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $525,000 of 0% capped dual directional buffered equity notes due April 15, 2025 linked to the lesser performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus the worst performing index return, capped at par plus 12.6%.
The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the worst performing index return if the worst performing index declines by no more than 15%.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond 15%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
