New Issue: JPMorgan sells $835,000 uncapped dual directional buffered equity notes on indexes

Chicago, Jan. 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $835,000 of 0% uncapped dual directional buffered equity notes April 15, 2025 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the gain of the worst performer, if each index finishes above initial levels, capped at par plus 7.7%.

If the worst performer declines no farther than its 85% buffer level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of that index’s return.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer beyond 15%.
