Chicago, Dec. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $250,000 of 0% uncapped return enhanced notes due April 24, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.01 times the index return. If the index return is negative, investors will lose 0.5% for each 1% decline of the index.
