New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.93 million 8% callable yield notes linked to Dow, Russell, S&P
New York, Dec. 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.93 million of 8% callable yield notes due Dec. 5, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be paid monthly.
The notes may be called at par on any monthly interest payment date starting June 6, 2024.
The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing index finishes at or above its 70% trigger.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
