New Issue: Barclays prices $1.03 million capped leveraged barrier notes on index basket

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 12 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.03 million of 0% capped leveraged barrier notes due Dec. 6, 2028 linked to a weighted basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index. The top performing index will be weighted at 50%, the second at 30% and the least performing index will be weighted at 20%
The payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of any basket gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,670 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors receive par if the basket falls but not below the barrier level, 70% of the initial level, and will be fully exposed to any decline of the basket if it finishes below the barrier level.
