New Issue: Jefferies prices $1 million contingent coupon autocallables linked to three indexes

By Angela McDaniels

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 17 – Jefferies Financial Group Inc. priced $1 million of senior autocallable contingent coupon barrier notes due Nov. 2, 2028 linked to the worst performing of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each quarter, the notes will pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 10% per year if each index closes at or above its coupon barrier, 70% of its initial level, on the observation date for that quarter.

Beginning one year after the pricing date, the notes will be automatically called at par if the worst performing index closes at or above its initial level on a quarterly observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the final level of the worst performing index is less than its threshold level, 60% of its initial level, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of the worst performing index from its initial level.

Jefferies LLC is the agent.
