By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $15.3 million of buffered callable range accrual notes due Oct. 31, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The interest rate is 8% per year multiplied by the proportion of days on which the index's closing level is greater than or equal to 85% of the initial index level. Interest is payable monthly.
