New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.73 million autocallable buffer securities linked to S&P 500

New York, Oct. 31 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.73 million of 0% autocallable buffer securities due Nov. 5, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically if the closing level of the index is greater than or equal to its initial level on Nov. 1, 2023 at a premium of 13.65%.

If the index gains, the payout will be par plus 150% of its return. Investors will receive par if the index declines but ends at or above its 80% buffer level, and they will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
