New Issue: UBS sells $10.89 million digital index-linked notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 30 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $10.89 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due Dec. 17, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 82.5% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,212 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.2121% for each 1% decline beyond 17.5%.

UBS Securities LLC is the agent. Simon Markets LLC is acting as a dealer.
