Chicago, Oct. 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.31 million of 0% autocallable dual directional buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 22, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically on Oct. 17, 2024 at a premium of 9.45% if the index closes above 90% of its initial value.
If the index gains the payout will be par plus 150% of the index return.
The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return if the index declines but by no more than the 15% buffer.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
