New Issue: JPMorgan sells $307,000 capped lookback buffered return enhanced notes on S&P

Chicago, Oct. 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $307,000 of 0% capped lookback buffered return enhanced notes due April 2, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The initial index level will be the lowest closing level of the index during the month-long period from the March 28, 2023 pricing date to April 28, 2023, but it will not be greater than 3,971.27, the closing level of the index on the pricing date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at par plus 30%.

If the index finishes flat or falls by up to 20%, the payout with be par.

Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
