Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 5 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.5 million of 0% notes due Oct. 4, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at par plus 100%.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
