New Issue: UBS prices $800,000 trigger in-digital notes on Dow, Russell, S&P

Chicago, Sept. 27 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $800,000 of 0% trigger in-digital notes due June 21, 2024 linked to lesser performing of the S&P 500 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final level of each underlier is greater than or equal to its digital barrier, 75% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 9.8%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performer declines from its initial level.
