New Issue: TD Bank prices $566,000 autocallable barrier notes on Nasdaq, Russell, S&P
Chicago, Sept. 25 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $566,000 of 0% autocallable barrier notes due Sept. 19, 2025 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par plus a 14.62% annualized call premium if each index closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual observation date after one year.
If the notes are not called, the payout will be par unless any index finishes below its 70% barrier level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least-performing index from its initial level.
