New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $10 million autocallable jump securities tied to S&P 500

New York, Aug. 25 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $10 million of jump securities with autocallable feature due Aug. 24, 2033 linked to S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically starting Sept. 23, 2024 at a price to give a return of 10.35% per year if the level of the underlying index is greater than or equal to its initial level on any annual call determination date.

At maturity the payout will be par plus 103.5% if the index finishes above its initial level.

Otherwise investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
