New Issue: JPMorgan prices $500,000 capped dual directional accelerated barrier notes on S&P

Chicago, Aug. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% capped dual directional accelerated barrier notes due Aug. 15, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the return of the index, capped at par plus 17.25%.

The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return if the index declines but finishes at or above the 65% barrier.

Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it ends below the barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
