New Issue: JPMorgan prices $890,000 0% uncapped buffered digital notes linked to S&P

Chicago, Aug. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $890,000 of 0% uncapped buffered digital notes due Aug. 6, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes above 115% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 15% and then an additional 1.0455% for each 1% gain above the 115% level.

If the index return is positive but not quite 115% of the initial level, the payout will be par plus the 15% digital return.

The payout will be par if the index declines but not more than 15%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.

The notes are non-callable.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
