Chicago, Aug. 16 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $445,000 of autocallable market-linked notes due July 22, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The securities will be automatically called at par plus an early redemption premium of 9% if the index closes at or above its initial level on July 19, 2023.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the index if the index finishes above its initial level.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
