New Issue: BofA prices $275,000 buffered autocallable notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Aug. 7 – BofA Finance LLC priced $275,000 of 0% buffered autocallable notes due Feb. 28, 2028 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

The notes will be called at par plus 6.5% per year if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call date.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus 32.5% if the index finishes at or above its initial level. If the index declines but finishes at or above its buffer level, 85% of its initial level, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
