New York, July 19 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $444,000 of 0% market-linked notes due July 14, 2028 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, S&P 500 index and Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index return is flat or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 36%.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
