New Issue: TD Bank prices $535,000 capped leveraged notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, July 14 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $535,000 of 0% capped leveraged notes due March 14, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,093.75 for each $1,000 principal amount.

If the index declines, investors will be exposed to the decline, subject to a minimum payout of 97% of par.
