New Issue: Barclays prices $2.25 million SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., July 13 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.25 million of 0% SuperTrack notes due July 18, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 12.7%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed any index decline.
