New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.75 million autocallable buffered return enhanced notes linked to S&P

New York, June 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.75 million of 0% autocallable buffered return enhanced notes due June 25, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically on June 28, 2024 at a premium of 9.3% if the index closes at or above of its initial value.

If the index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of the index return.

Investors will receive par if the index declines by no more than 30% and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 30%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
