New Issue: UBS prices $1.21 million 7.4% trigger autocallable yield notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, June 21 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.21 million of 7.4% trigger autocallable yield notes due June 21, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The notes will be called at par if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call date after one year.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes below its 75% downside threshold level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index.
