New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.1 million enhanced buffered jump securities linked to S&P 500
New York, June 8 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.1 million of 0% enhanced buffered jump securities due May 31, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above the 85% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus 43%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
