New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $5.25 million jump notes with autocallable feature on S&P, Dow

Buffalo, N.Y., June 7 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $5.25 million of 0% jump notes with autocallable feature due June 6, 2028 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Notes and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The notes will be called automatically at par plus 10.15% if each index closes at or above initial level on June 4, 2024.
At maturity, if the laggard index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout will be par plus the return of that index.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
