New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.33 million capped market-linked participation notes on S&P

Buffalo, N.Y., June 5 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.33 million of 0% market-linked securities – upside participation to a cap and fixed percentage buffered downside due June 2, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at par plus 30.5%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 28% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
