New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.98 million 0% buffered digital notes linked to Russell, Nasdaq, S&P
Chicago, May 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.98 million of 0% buffered digital notes due June 17, 2024 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index, Nasdaq-100 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains or declines but by no more than its 30% buffer the payout at maturity will be par plus 7.45%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% the worst performing index declines beyond its buffer.
The notes are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
