New York, May 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.4 million of 0% capped dual directional buffered equity notes due May 15, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains, the payout will be par plus the index return, capped at par plus 19.2%.
The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return if the index declines by no more than 25%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.33333% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 25%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
