New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.52 million review notes linked to Dow, S&P
New York, May 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.52 million of 0% review notes due April 26, 2028 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically at par plus a premium of 7.9% per year if the worst performing index closes at or above its initial value on any annual valuation date.
If the worst performing index ends at or above its 60% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
