New Issue: Citi prices $500,000 0% upturn securities tied to Nasdaq, S&P

Chicago, April 28 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $500,000 of 0% upturn securities due Dec. 29, 2027 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 154% of the gain of the lesser performing index.

Investors will be exposed to any losses of the lesser performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
