New Issue: UBS prices $207,000 trigger yield notes linked to S&P, Russell

Chicago, April 27 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $207,000 of 9.45% trigger yield notes due May 30, 2025 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the final level of any index is less than 70% of the initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
