New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.54 million market-linked notes tied to S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., April 20 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.54 million of 0% market-linked notes due April 20, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times any index gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 72.85%.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent, with UBS Financial Services Inc. acting as dealer.
