New York, April 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.02 million of 0% digital barrier notes due May 16, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index ends at or above its 65% barrier, the payout at maturity will be par plus 8.2%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
