New York, April 13 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.39 million of 0% market-linked notes due April 11, 2028 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the worst performing index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of that index. Otherwise, investors will receive par.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
