Buffalo, N.Y., April 10 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.68 million of 0% notes due April 1, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the gain of the index, capped at par plus 37.5%.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
