New Issue: Barclays prices $4.83 million 6.1% buffered fixed-rate notes on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., April 6 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.83 million of 6.1% buffered fixed-coupon notes due April 2, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

If the index finishes at or above 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par.

Otherwise, investors will share in losses at a rate of 1% per 1% drop beyond 15%.

Barclays is the agent.
