Buffalo, N.Y., March 17 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.59 million of callable contingent income buffered securities due Sept. 13, 2024 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at the rate of 10% per year if each index closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 80% of its initial level, on the corresponding observation date.
The notes may be called at par plus any coupon due on any quarterly observation date.
If each index finishes at or above its buffer level, 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline of the worst performer below the buffer.
