New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.16 million 10.75% autocallable yield notes linked to Russell, S&P
New York, March 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.16 million of autocallable yield notes due June 6, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on March 4, 2024.
Investors will receive a coupon of 10.75%, paid quarterly.
If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless either index closes below its 75% downside threshold during the life of the notes and either index finishes below its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performer declines from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
