Chicago, March 7 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $444,000 of 0% market-linked notes due June 16, 2028 linked to an unequally weighted index basket comprised of the Euro Stoxx 50 index (30% weight), Russell 2000 index (20% weight) and the S&P 500 index (50% weight), according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final basket value is greater than its initial value, investors will receive par plus the basket return.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
