New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $442,000 digital barrier notes on S&P 500, EAFE ETF
Chicago, Feb. 27 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $442,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due Jan. 9, 2025 linked to the lowest performing of the S&P 500 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the lower performing underlier finishes above 70% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus 25.5%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the lesser performing underlier below its initial level.
