New Issue: Barclays sells $4.93 million market-linked notes on S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 16 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.93 million of 0% market-linked notes due Feb. 13, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 23.9%.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
