New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.88 million buffer securities linked to Dow, S&P

New York, Feb. 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.88 million of 0% buffer securities due Aug. 14, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus that index’s return, subject to a maximum return of par plus 29%.

Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines up to 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
